Caramel Popcorn


1 batch of air popped popcorn
1 cube of butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Karo syrup
1 pinch of baking powder 

Prepare the popcorn
In a large pot - melt butter, add brown sugar and Karo syrup. When the boiling starts, add the baking powder and remove from heat. Stir until the baking powder has disappeared. Pour in the popped popcorn and mix with care. When all the popcorn is coated, pour onto a cookie sheet until dry (about 5 minutes).
